Charming room, convenient location. the beautifully decorated room offered comfortable accommodation with excellent air conditioning and free wi-fi, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the area 100 km from the nearest airport.

We had a lovely stay and absolutely loved the cozy decor and the delicious breakfast! The hotel had a beautiful garden and a perfect porch for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. 😊

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We explored Chincoteague and visited local wineries. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to our days, and we really enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. Just a heads up, it’s closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall, a good experience and perfect for a group trip!

The staff weren't very welcoming during our stay. It felt a bit stiff and not as friendly as we hoped, which put a damper on the atmosphere a bit.

I loved the charming decor at The Charlotte Hotel & Restaurant. The hand-painted details throughout the hotel added a cozy, artistic touch. My room, the Superior Triple Room, was spacious and had a comfortable mattress that made sleeping easy. The staff were very helpful, especially the hotel manager, who went out of her way to help us hire a private boat when the ferry wasn't operating. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the cocktails were fabulous. However, I noticed the restaurant can get crowded, so I recommend making reservations in advance to avoid disappointment. The common areas were inviting, and the gardens were beautiful, perfect for relaxing. My only concern was the lack of staff presence outside of busy hours, which could make solo travelers feel a bit uneasy. But overall, the thoughtful touches and great amenities made for a lovely stay.

Had dinner at the bar where the owner mixes great drinks and the crab cake was seriously the best I’ve ever had and it really made the night feel special also slept like a baby in that comfy bed like I was in a cocoon of relaxation

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get it’s still alright
